GOZED and IDTrip Services Inc. only obtain information such as your name, phone number, e-mail or street address, if you supply it voluntarily by contacting us via e-mail. We do not automatically gather any personal information during your visit to our site.

The questions we receive through our Web site may indicate a specific issue we need to address by developing technology solutions or improving our products and services. In this case, any identifying information about you is removed. For example, if many people are looking for more detailed information about cabin- baggage restrictions of member airlines, we may create a fact sheet about baggage allowances.

Individual visitor information is not disclosed to anyone, unless the web site is fraudulently accessed or used in illegal activities, in which case the appropriate law enforcement agency is given full access to all log files and pertinent data related to the specific alleged offence as required by the laws of Canada. Compiled visitor information is made available in summary reports to the ZED member carriers' representatives and, advertisers who have placed advertisement on the gozed web site. We do not capture any information to create individual profiles, other than information you have voluntarily provided for the express intention of creating a user profile on our site for the purpose of facilitating fare quotations or to expressly request e-mail newsletter/hot deal notification . We not disclose the information to anyone other than those working to provide you with a response to questions you may have directed to IDtrip Services Inc.

Our site uses per-session cookies, which are a commonly used tool to enable Web site administrators to fine-tune the site based on user-activity trends. The information we gather tells us how you navigate within our site and indicates how we might improve it as well. For example, our site is set up to operate with both Netscape and Internet Explorer. Session cookies inform our server of which browser you are using and display the page set up to operate with it. Per-session cookies can show us what information is important to our visitors, and what isn't. We can discard web pages you don't use, and focus our efforts on information you need.

Here is the list of information that we are collecting:

*	The name of your Internet service provider, its IP address, and the name of your service provider's server. IDTrip Services Inc. makes no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site;
*	The length of each visit;
*	The number of requests per visit;
*	Your type of operating system (Windows, Macintosh, Unix, etc.); and,
*	Your browser type (Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.).

We do not link this information with any of the information you voluntarily provide when you visit our site.

Per-session cookies store information within a session (or visit to our web site). During your visit to our site your browser exchanges information with our Web server. Per-session cookies facilitate this exchange by reminding the server which computer is making the request.

Unlike persistent cookies, which are stored on your hard drive for a length of time set by the web site, per-session cookies are cached (stored in memory) while you are visiting the web site and are deleted from your cache when you leave the web site. If we did not use per-session cookies, moving around on the site would be a much slower process.

Per-session cookies are stored in memory and are only available during an active session, in other words, while you are on the site. They do not permanently record data and are not stored on your computer's hard drive. Per-session cookies do not give the web site access to anything else on your system, including any private information about you. Also, only the web site that placed the cookie can retrieve it.
